• Within 30 days of delivery, returns are permitted.
• Unused, original packing, and proof of purchase are required for all items.

• Clearance items.
• Intimate apparel.

3. Refund Process

• After the return is received, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• The cost of shipping is not refundable.
